Yes! Though we are based in the United Kingdom, we can ship our goods to anywhere in the world. When you visit our shop, the prices will be listed in Pounds Sterling but when you check out using your PayPal or Stripe, you will be charged in your local currency. You can check the exchange rate is here, and bear in mind that it could change from order to order. We offer free, tracked shipping on all orders over £75. After Brexit, orders sent to the EU will be liable for customs charges - this is outside of our control sadly.

Orders can take a while to arrive as your parcel travels around the world, but If you are 100% sure that your order has been lost by the mail carrier, please use the Contact page.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please use the contact page, with details of the product and the defect. We’ll be able to guide you from there. 

Unfortunately not. We are isolated and quite remote so we cannot receive visitors at The Last Homely House.
